I was not refunded for an item sold
A catalog that I sent with a Colissimo tracking number was refunded to the buyer because he says he didn't receive it, and in the process I paid for the shipping and lost the sale of my catalog and eBay took fees why isn't there also a refund for the seller when there is proof of the shipment
