I wasn't informed that my order had arrived
As of today, January 27, I have not received my vinyl order.
Yesterday I noticed that the emails were going straight into spam and that my antivirus software was blocking the emails from opening!!!
Simply GLS in the subject line and two different numbers in the subject of the 2 emails.
Honestly, there are reasons to have doubts.
As of today, I would like to get my order back, sent by colissimo on December 29.
What should I do?

This means that your antivirus is doing its job and that GLS emails are just phishing emails trying to get your personal information.... Don't pay any attention to them, because these are common scams....
You also write "sent by colissimo on December 29."
This means that your parcel would arrive via La Poste/colissimo and may be stuck at customs...
If the expected delivery time has passed, do what is written in the message from @*miss-tigri*

See with them to arrange a new shipment or to get a refund .
