I don't have the shipping slip

Despite my three repeated attempts to be contacted by eBay, I have not received a call.
Today, I am facing a big problem: I cannot send the item I just sold.
I got in touch with the buyer, and he told me: Hello, apparently the shipping costs are not included? Payment withheld €10 regards
I can't understand why the buyer did not pay the shipping costs!
Maybe that's why I don't have a shipping label.
Usually, I have no problem. I pay the shipping costs upfront and get reimbursed later.

If the buyer was able to pay without shipping costs, it’s because they chose "in-person pickup" when completing the purchase (which you offer in the listing) = so you’ll need to check with them to arrange the meeting.
