I no longer have access to my email address

Hello,

I made a purchase without being registered on Ebay. The next day I found my email address blocked... so I can't access the information that Ebay sent me.

Luckily I have the order number and the seller's username, but I don't know how to contact them, or how to ask Ebay to tell me about the new email address I just opened...

If you are in Italy, then you will need to use the ebay.it links, not the ebay.fr links......

+ add their username at the end of the URL (instead of yours)

You'll land on their feedback profile, there's a contact link at the top right.

For ebay:
