Hello, some time ago I put some rugby tickets up for sale on eBay, I didn't sell them, the site asked me to pay free, is that normal, what should I do to make the claim, thank you

If you had added paid options, those are still due even if the item is not sold ..
Check the details of the fees in your seller hub or contact customer service

you used the reserve price, which is a paid option; see this link:
Fees for private sellers | eBay
The price of this option is 3 % of the reserve price (with a minimum of 3 EUR and a maximum of 150 EUR), whether your item sells or not.
