I can't get a delivery address
Hello
I sold bundled items; the buyer has paid me.
But I can't manage to send the item because no Mondial Relay location near the buyer is showing up!
The buyer also tells me that eBay, unlike usual, isn't suggesting any location for them.
How can I get out of this setback?

Unless you live in a desert... Mondial Relay's search engine should help you...
Find the nearest Point Relais & Locker near me - Mondial Relay
Then----->
link your eBay account to M.Relay -------->
eBay by Mondial Relay: user guide - Mondial Relay
and forget about the site's delivery platform, which isn't mandatory...
