I can't verify my bank account
Hello,
It's been more than 6 months that I've been trying to get my bank account verified, and in vain it keeps getting rejected.
Has the micro-transfer solution disappeared?
Please help me

Registered in Switzerland, you don't depend on ebay.fr or its forum.

Not speaking German, and since Swiss eBay customer service is in German, that doesn't help me manage my problems better, you'll have to excuse me, because German is very complicated for me, especially on the phone since it's the only customer service resource for Swiss eBay.
To address the issue, I can't find any mention of micro-transfer, even by following the steps cited on your link, please see the attached file.

For the attachment, there isn't one.
The links we can give you concern ebay.fr and will therefore be useless to you.
But above all, there may be differences between ebay.fr and ebay.ch
As for the German issue, you're not the first to report this problem, but on this forum we can't do anything about it. It's up to you to report this to your customer service.
