hello I submitted a counteroffer to a seller who accepted it. he is in the USA and I am in FRANCE. The item is clearly listed in the ad as shipping worldwide and the seller has lifted all restrictions however when it comes time to finalize the offer and go to payment, it gives me a page saying I need to change my shipping location or contact the buyer neither he nor I understand why I can't get to the payment page could you help me finalize this international counteroffer that does in fact ship to France?
