I can't seem to enter the account holder name for a bank account to add my contact details
I can't enter the account holder name for a bank account to add my details and complete a sale. The account holder name is grayed out with a closed padlock. What should I do? I'm going to have to cancel the sale. Thanks for your help.

The name on the bank account must absolutely be the same (accent or hyphen included) as the one entered on the eBay account, which is why you can't change it.
It's always better to complete seller registration (IBAN + identity verification) BEFORE listing items for sale:

Shipments should be sent as soon as eBay confirms that the buyer has paid (not when the funds arrive in the account: not realistic, especially for new sellers):
