It’s been a while since I stopped selling on eBay. Before that, I made sales and it was going well, and after a while I got sick and so I couldn’t remove my items for sale, and so people bought them and I they waited a lot, which meant they asked for a refund and I refunded them etc. all the fees. Now I’m planning to resume my activity, but when I click on « sell with the fees displayed » they tell me « check your email to see what you need to do to sell ». I check my emails and I see that I need to « 1) pay the fees ( already done ), 2) check my dashboard. I look at my dashboard and I see that I’m « insufficient performance » in the following boxes:
- previous status
- current status
- whether we should do a review today.

Defect rate: 3
Late delivery rate: 2
- Cases closed without resolution by the seller 75,00 % 3/4 transactions.

I don’t understand what I need to do because I don’t have any action to take. Also, I have a message saying « Your seller status is Insufficient performance for the International region. » how can I improve in this situation? And if someone can help me I would be very grateful .
