I pay for returns even though the mistake comes from the seller
The listing says UK size, I place the order, and I receive the item in EU size.
I made a return that I paid for, I sent him a message telling him the size I wanted by placing a new order and I again received the item in EU size, I just made the return again and paid for it again.
the seller tells me it’s my fault and that I have to order in EU size.
what should I do because the returns cost me more than the item.

in this case, the return shipping costs are indeed the seller's responsibility.
Ask eBay to step in in your return requests:

there is a 3-business-day waiting period before being able to involve eBay.
If that has passed, contact customer service via chat.
