I have been having a recurring problem for several years with Mondial Relay, which keeps sending parcels to a pickup point that is 80 km from my home. I am unable to resolve the issue with Mondial Relay because I cannot find anyone to speak to. In addition, I am having the same problem with eBay's help service, which is particularly bad. The person who answered me on the phone turned out to be just as unpleasant as they were incompetent at resolving my problem. I have been an eBay member for a very long time and am considering leaving the platform. Has anyone else ever encountered this problem with Mondial Relay? Have you run into the same problems as I have with eBay's after-sales service, which for me turned out to be useless?
