Hello, I am a seller and the package was lost by the carrier (Chronopost), and as the buyer was getting impatient I issued a refund for the order. How can I get compensation? I called Chronopost and they told me I need to deal with Ebay because I bought the shipping label through Ebay. Thank you for your help.
