I bought a game console on eBay, all the transactions were done on the app, the seller sent the order without a tracking number, 2 days later I started having doubts 🤔 on my end I didn’t have the option to cancel the sale, a few days later I tried to create a request, the item not delivered option wasn’t available, the only available option was return the item, so I clicked return the item, a week later I asked eBay to intervene, I was told that I had to return the item to the seller to get a refund, how do you return an item that wasn’t delivered to me, I contact the seller, he replies to me on the site, when I check I’m still told that the item hasn’t been delivered but there’s no way to make a request, I lost €280

We had to wait until the delivery deadline had passed before being able to open a dispute for an item not received.

Um...

I don't know exactly what to tell you because you did something that was pointless and that really put you in a tough spot, through lack of common sense...----> how can you return a delivery that doesn't exist.....? 🤔

On eBay, you can only file one dispute/action per item...

If you paid by PayPal... try checking your PayPal account to see if you can get your money back for non-receipt of the item...
