I would like to have a negative review that a seller left me changed to a positive one

Good evening, a few weeks ago I had a problem with a seller who had sent me a vinyl record in the wrong packaging. He had promised to send me a return slip so I could make an exchange. I sent him the damaged record and he sent me another one. He did nothing and I paid the return shipping costs. I left him negative feedback and today I just saw that he left me one in return, a positive one, even though he is not allowed to do that.
