I’d like to make a transfer to someone, and I don’t know whether they’re reliable or not. I wanted to check in case I make the transfer and they don’t send me the goods. What’s the procedure after that, thanks

No guarantee ..To do that, you have to trust 100% ..So without knowing the seller, best avoid it ...

I think the word "transfer" is just a wording mistake, used instead of the word "payment" (bank transfer not being one of the possible payment methods on ebay, it is indeed not eligible for the ebay customer guarantee).
