Video game declared not delivered
Summary: riberynette expresses concern about a buyer requesting a refund for an item that was supposedly not delivered, although the tracking indicates otherwise. koalagris advises providing proof of delivery to the address indicated, but notes the difficulty with tracked letters. riberynette mentions that the buyer contradicts themselves in previous exchanges and hopes that eBay will analyze the situation.
I need help, I have a buyer who is asking me to refund him because he says his item was not delivered, okay, but there is still a problem in the exchanges we had before the tracked delivery took place, in fact I clearly understand that this person even before receiving the package wants to get a refund
He therefore opened a dispute for item not received, which is totally false because it was delivered
I asked eBay to analyze the exchanges, I hope they will do it

Mentor6 months agoGood evening @riberynette
Either you have proof of delivery to the address provided (and you produce it), or you don't.
The issue with tracked letters is that nothing attests to the delivery address...
So it's really only suitable for low-value items; otherwise it's better to use a Colissimo.
