I NEED HELP ......THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE ................Hello Sir Madam I have a problem with a seller regarding the sending of a replacement part for a Gaming chair .....he cannot have my address or my phone number on the EBAY site ....1 - because this Gaming chair was purchased in Nov 2024 and 2 - I had to make a few attempts to send him my contact details ... in vain knowing that the days are passing and that I cannot find a solution ......the replacement part that broke and whose 2-year warranty is still valid ......I had to try sending several emails to your EBAY customer service site which replies very little and only sends me standard letters with the same emails to which I asked them to call me back ( they also offered me this ) .... at a time that suits me, that is Thursday June 18, 2026 today at 12pm and no contact ...the phone never rang at noon they never called me back .....I dealt with someone called EDJAY see others .....could you help me send my contact details to this seller so that he can send me this part ? .........As for this Seller I sent him a photo of the broken chair to which he offered to send me the part THEN the days pass and he asks me again ( another person certainly ) for a photo and to explain my case again.....THERE TOO I would need you .....I am angry ......
