If it’s about your purchase made in H.Kong... you should allow a good month, because there’s certainly a customs clearance step for your purchase..

- expect to pay, no doubt an extra amount for customs clearance.

So be patient..

Ask the seller for an update ..

If the estimated delivery date has passed, you can open a dispute for item not received.
