I don't know what answer you got.... but to get an exact delivery date, only the carrier can tell you..
- if you have a tracking number, keep an eye on it...
Since you don't say whether the shipment comes from France or outside the euro zone... if in doubt, you need to be wary of the delays taken by Customs to check the parcels...
