return justification impossible
hello I returned an item with the eBay slip; but it’s impossible to justify my shipment on the eBay site, which tells me that the carrier, La Poste, does not exist... and yet the parcel was indeed received. eBay tells me that I did not send it back. what should I do. thank you for your help.

If a function is missing, it may be that your "machine" is playing a trick on you.
Try using another browser and it’s possible that everything will work as it should. If that’s the case, you can take the opportunity to clean up the browser you use for ebay by deleting the history after logging out.
If that doesn’t help, it’s a bug and it would be good to contact ebay by going through "HELP" at the bottom of the page----> "contact us"... and ask them during business hours. The service will call you back.
