Professional since 1984, registered on eBay since 2004 with an eBay store that sells and buys regularly, I find myself forced to provide proof of my business registration, even though nothing has changed since the beginning.
I’ve checked everything about my eBay registration: everything’s fine!
I sent a K-bis extract less than 3 months old: after their verification, it doesn’t match my registration on the site...
I’m fed up with being falsely verified by AI that doesn’t understand a thing!!!
What can I do?

for this kind of issue, you need to contact eBay customer service. They’re the only ones who have access to your account data.
