Hello/good evening, I returned an item following an opened dispute. The seller did receive the package, he sent me a message to tell me so. But despite entering the tracking number written on the return slip in eBay, it does not detect the delivery of the package. What should I do to get my refund? Because now I no longer have the package in my possession, the seller has received it.
