hello, I received an item that I want to resell, but as soon as I go through the return process, I can't find my item to return. yet the deadline hasn't passed.

it only notifies me: no orders or no items to return.

I do have the order confirmation that takes me to the right return link...

you may have bought it without being logged into your account, in which case it’s normal that it doesn’t show up here...

Then you should check the advice in this link-->

Search your emails and also your spam for anything related to eBay.
