hello I am selling on December 12 a "party" necklace for Christmas, the buyer receives it on December 23 and on January 9 wants a refund because supposedly 3 beads are missing !!!!! I called Ebay immediately who did not take my arguments into account necklace in perfect condition, no email upon receipt of the necklace and refund request after 3 weeks from the purchase !!!!! Ebay was supposed to handle it immediately reminded today ; conclusion Ebay he refunds the buyer so the necklace and the refund ........ what to do ?
