The buyer gave me a fake address
Hello everyone, after a sale, the buyer gave me a false address. The package is at the relay pickup point indicated, but the buyer tells me: « I moved in the meantime, I live 450 km from my old address. » The funds remain blocked, which is really not right on their part.
What can I do to release the funds?
If someone could help me, thanks.

regarding the funds being held, your buyer is not responsible for it. For occasional sellers, these can be held for up to 21 days.
