As a pro seller, and insofar as you ship your items, you are affected by the Household Packaging EPR scheme. (Whether your items are new or second-hand)
Beyond that, for all your new items, it's up to you to find out whether they fall under an existing EPR scheme.
So at a minimum, you must join an eco-organization that manages the Household Packaging EPR scheme.
