Good eveningToday, I had the unpleasant surprise of being unable to list a Kenzo mini bag with the following message: Unfortunately, you will not be able to continue with your listing. Due to legal restrictions, certain perfume and cosmetics brands cannot be offered on eBay.fr. Please contact the rights holder for more information about the restrictions applied to your item.Since this was neither a cosmetic product nor a perfume, I contacted eBay The response did not satisfy me because the advisor lumped the entire brand together even though there are thousands of items currently for sale and sent me back an excerpt from the prohibited rules concerning perfumes obviously To quote the email received: Your listing was blocked because the rights holder informed us that the sale of the brands Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo, Christian Dior, Parfums Benefit Cosmetics, Parfums Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Fresh, Make up for Ever, Nude Brands Limited, Ole Henricksen, Bulgari and Parfums Louis Vuitton is legally restricted in France.Would anyone have reliable information to share with me on the subject please ? Is this recent, a bug ? Thank you
