Mentor2 years agoHello
If you have had or left a review for this purchase, you may eventually be able to find the item ..

Mentor2 years agoHello @rhonard
"the trace" = ???
if you're talking about the description beyond 90 days, there is no longer any possible access...
best regards

OP2 years agoThank you for your replies, I thought it could be found, actually, it's PayPal that's asking me for a description of my purchase, I received it broken, in the listing, it was listed as new, I'm going to check the reviews. In any case, thanks.

Mentor2 years agoHello @rhonard
It seems that your purchase was more than 90 days ago if you no longer find the listing, but only a title and/or possibly a photo
So why did you wait so long before making a claim if you received it broken as you say... the time limits for recourse have passed and PayPal does not always accept everything people can tell it.
Waiting makes things more complicated... for both the buyer and the seller in case of insurance...
In principle.... if you received a parcel without making a claim..... it means the parcel was fine with you when you checked it at the time of delivery.... but .... waiting 3 months to do it (??) , that creates discomfort...
Best regards
PS---> Initial seller listing published by bac
par bac... = what does that mean (I'd like to cut down on my ignorance)

OP2 years agoGood evening, thank you for your advice, it seems that some errors occurred with PayPal as with Ebay, claim filed the day after receipt, August 29, 2023, the holidays, human error, claims that disappear, and since then, I'm struggling, my claims were indeed taken into account, but today I'm still being asked for some supporting documents, including the link to the seller's listing for the item purchased. Of course, it no longer exists.
