purchase by a person ([Username]) not notified
a person wants to buy (and has paid for) an item that I no longer have; I received no prior notification about the sale of this item.
I am being asked to refund the buyer - but I received no subsidy!!!

And how is it that an item that was no longer available was still for sale ??? Don’t you keep your listings up to date? 🤔
Of course you should do the steps to trigger the refund (nothing to do with the fact that the funds haven’t reached your bank account), since the buyer PAID via ebay to get it!

Of course you’ll have to pay the site fees for refusing the sale....
