The buyer received the package but eBay shows that it is only sent
I sent a package with DHL and my buyer confirmed receiving it. I entered the tracking information when I sent the package. My buyer received it, yet it says the package is "sent" and not "delivered". Ebay doesn't seem to take the tracking information into account. Will the status update automatically, and when?
