Hello,I sold a product. I sent it at the beginning of the week, and the buyer opened a dispute for a package not received even though the package is in transit. As I write this, the package is available at the pickup point indicated by the buyer. As of today the funds are blocked, and I’m waiting for a response from the buyer or even eBay to step in.Do you know if I would win this case since tracking clearly shows that the package arrived at the pickup point.Thanks in advance
