The buyer says the package has not been received, even though it is available at a pickup point

I sold a product. I sent it at the beginning of the week, and the buyer opened a dispute for a package not received even though the package is in transit. As I write this, the package is available at the pickup point indicated by the buyer.
As of today the funds are blocked, and I’m waiting for a response from the buyer or even eBay to step in.
Do you know if I would win this case since tracking clearly shows that the package arrived at the pickup point.

If the buyer was able to open a dispute for item not received, it means the delivery deadline had passed: and indeed, when looking at the completed sale, the shipping time, and your message, there appears to have been a delay of several days in sending it out.
"the tracking clearly shows that the parcel arrived at the pickup point" = ok, but a parcel made available for pickup is not a delivered parcel.
I assume you contacted the buyer to let them know their parcel was waiting for them, from there things should get back to normal...

preferably during office hours and ask to be called back.
Defend your tracking so you don't get penalized.
