Hello,I have someone who bought an item from me, I sent it, he received it and opened a dispute saying that the item is not functional, except that he simply placed the item next to incompatible equipment or there is a message on a screen saying that my item is not functional.In the photo, the brand of the incompatible item is visible as well as my product from another brand.I asked for the reference of the product the buyer is using, he gave it to me, I contacted the manufacturer who confirmed that it is not compatible (the two brands are different), I submitted that in the dispute and the buyer sent back, in his defense, the manual for the brand of his item, which has nothing to do with the reference of the item I sold and therefore that he bought (It's literally written in the dispute and in the manual).I also explained in the dispute that it wasn't the same products, and that the brand + reference of my product is clearly visible in the photos, the title and in my listing, even the barcodes are different, but eBay blocked the sale amount and asked me to pay the shipping costs to get my item back, which is outside the European Union.I suggested that the buyer return the item at his expense and recover the money minus the amount of the outbound shipping costs, but eBay keeps ruling in the buyer's favor, so I lose the money for the refund + the shipping costs + the item!I consider this to be a scam, because the only two options eBay offers are you pay or you pay, but in both cases you lose 100% even though there is zero error in my listing and the person received the thing they bought... I feel like I live on another planet... A planet where I am responsible for the knowledge of the buyer I don't know... How is this possible?
