It's not up to the buyer to dictate the terms...
When he bought it, he accepted YOUR terms... if he wanted different arrangements, he should have asked you BEFORE the purchase so that you could modify the listing.
Since Mondial Relay keeps parcels for 14 days, apparently... you send it at the very latest.. (25 August)... so.. he can pick it up in the second week of September.
That's the only way to protect yourself as a seller..
