The buyer didn’t go to pick up their package. It was returned to me.
The buyer hasn't picked up their package, which has been returned to me. They want me to send it back to them. How can I make sure they pay the shipping costs again? Thanks for your help

Since it's not possible to do it via eBay, you'll need to agree with him on a payment method (PayPal, cheque, bank transfer, etc).
After that, you can resend it by changing the tracking number on the eBay order.
