The buyer hasn't paid for a month after I accepted his direct offer
Do you know how to get either the buyer's money, which is pending payment, after 2 reminders …, or compensation for the fact that the item has been blocked for a month without being listed for sale?

Since the sale is from 27/06, don’t wait any longer: you only have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a cancellation for non-payment in order to get the eBay fees cancelled.
You’ll be able to relist the item once the cancellation is effective.
"compensation for the fact that the item has been blocked for a month" = well, you can forget that; that kind of thing doesn’t exist on any sales platform... especially since you could have done it on day 4 after the purchase, there was no need to wait that long.

Don't wait too long to cancel your sale for non-payment if you don't want to pay the commission on the sale to eBay...

if you're referring to your sale on June 27, you'll need to follow the procedure quickly because you only have 30 days after the order date to do it.
