The buyer didn't pick up the package, it's being sent back to the sender
Hello, I sent a package at the beginning of the month. Today the buyer is telling me they didn’t receive the package, but according to Chronopost the package was indeed sent to the pickup point, the person was notified but never went to collect the package! What should I do today..?
What should you do? At your level, wait for the item to be returned, then either cancel the transaction + refund the amount excluding shipping, or have them pay again for it (through a carrier other than chronopost to avoid the problem happening again).

Print the delivery note with the drop-off date at the relay point and send it to the buyer
The parcel will be returned to you > ask your buyer to pay the return shipping costs
