The buyer did not go to pick up their package, but I paid the shipping costs
Hello,
I’m sending this message because I sold an item that arrived safely at its destination, but the buyer didn’t even bother to go pick it up. However, I paid more than €10 in shipping costs for it.
Will I be refunded?

No one will reimburse you for the shipping costs since the service has been carried out.
If the buyer refuses to pay the shipping again for a new shipment, you partially refund them (item only):

In any case, for an uncollected parcel, the buyer loses the benefit of the eBay money-back guarantee
