Hello, A New Zealand buyer bought several of my items. I sent him a payment request with combined shipping for an "international colissimo" with the actual amount corresponding to the weight of the package. The buyer paid. But now that I want to pay for the shipping label via ebay, packlink automatically selects "chrono express" for me and doesn’t offer anything else. The thing is, I don’t know what chrono express corresponds to (I don’t even know if it delivers to New Zealand), and above all it’s more expensive than the international colissimo originally planned! How should I go about fixing this problem and being able to send it by international colissimo please? Thank you very much, C.
