Hello,
I'm trying to buy a desk lamp from the United States, but it's impossible. Ebay tells me the package can't be delivered to my home. Yet the seller does export internationally, including to France, and when I'm on the page for this item, France is indeed among the countries it can be delivered to.
I contacted the seller, who told me it could be due to the bulb, but even after removing it from the listing, I still can't buy this lamp.
What can I do? What could be misleading Ebay?

what is the exact and complete message you get when you try to buy the lamp?

OP1 year agothe message tells me: The seller does not ship this item to this address ( "My region", Metropolitan France), You can:
-change your delivery address and try again
- or search for similar items.
However, as explained above, the seller ships in France and he confirmed it to me; he also doesn't understand the reason for this message.

There appears to be a block related to the destination, tell your seller to put your username in this list:
