Hello

I contacted the seller regarding my order for the lamp

I asked him for the name of the company that is supposed to deliver it

he didn't give me the name

Ebay shows a delivery date and he tells me not to trust

Ebay's information

I hope the lamp will still be delivered

What you mainly need to keep in mind is that a non-received item dispute can't be opened on ebay before the delivery deadline has passed, with a maximum delay of 30 days from the expected delivery date.
