Is it normal for the buyer to leave me a negative rating 2 months after receiving the package?
She claims to have contacted me when that was never the case....
What can we do?
This is my first negative with 250 positive ratings....and I don't intend to leave it at that.

The deadline for leaving feedback is 60 days...You can contact the buyer to negotiate a change ...
