Hello. I ordered the clutch kit from this seller on November 20 to receive it on November 24. Nothing received. Then it was delivered on November 28, I don't know where. The seller says it was delivered to your address, but I received nothing, no call from the delivery driver, no SMS, nothing in my mailbox. I filed a complaint at the post office and also with the police; at my residence there are surveillance cameras and everything. And the seller no longer wants to refund me, he told me it was delivered to your address. There are only thieves. I did not receive the item, no delivery driver, no SMS, no call, no signature sheet. from there I ordered another one on oscaro.com and the arrivals nkl. And now I'm waiting for the police investigation to summon the delivery driver. Normally it's the seller who has to sort it out, I paid for the item to be delivered, not to run after thieves; even the eBay service and there did nothing. Neither cover me nor refund me, it seems like a **bleep** no trust my friends. And you seriously think it's up to the seller to take responsibility for the theft of your purchase?
He did his job; if there was a theft, it's up to the police to investigate (if the price is worth it)..

What does your parcel tracking say? Colissimo in your mailbox or Mondial Relay?

Because the delivery guys will do whatever they want, they’ll have him sign saying I received it, and he’ll drop it off with a friend of his or at his place. But this package doesn’t work like that for him. Because at my place there are surveillance cameras, and he’ll also be summoned to the police to see my signature. I paid, maybe it can be delivered to a pickup point or to La Poste at the station. I’ll go get it myself with my ID card. The delivery guy didn’t call me or send me a message, nothing. I checked on my eBay account, and all it says is that the package was delivered to my address, to who I don’t know. Who signed for the package, I don’t know. It doesn’t fit in the mailbox; the clutch kit is already too big. At La Poste they told me to check in your mailbox. I called La Poste customer service, they told me it’s not possible to drop it off like that. The package has to be signed for. That way I’ll just buy it directly from the store, no stress. Even eBay support did nothing for me, neither a refund nor anything. They seem like **bleep**. It’s Christmas, too many thieves. Don’t think the person who does that gets anything more out of it. Not me or someone else; what goes around comes around. For everyone. I ordered a clutch on oscaro.com and it arrived fine. The delivery guy called me and he was in front of my house. He waited for me 10 minutes in front of my house. I wasn’t at home. That’s what a good delivery guy is. Not like eBay, where your package was delivered somewhere, I don’t know where. Where exactly, I can’t see on which side. Forget it, my friends. That package cost me a lot of time; I paid for the package to be delivered, not to have to go back and forth to the police station and La Poste.
