The Mondial Relais selected by the buyer does not show up on Packlink

Good evening, has this ever happened to you? The buyer chooses a Mondial Relay that is listed on their site. Yet when I confirm this Relay on Packlink, this Relay does not come up and it is impossible for me to print the shipping label. I’m stuck. How should I do it? Thank you.Kind regards Édouard
