The rear axle of my Touareg was not delivered to me.

I'm sorry, I'm really angry with your site. I placed an order on the 12th of this month and delivery was supposed to be made today, however, contrary to what is stated on your site that the part has been delivered to me, that is completely false, the building where I live does not have a caretaker, when an item is delivered, it is handed to the person concerned for a receipt, who did your delivery person give this package to? I want an answer quickly, because it is for my car, I am stuck and can't do anything for the moment.

"who did your delivery person hand this package to?" = you need to ask the carrier that question.
