The price paid by my buyer is different from my sale price
Hello,
I’m new to selling on eBay. Today I sold an item, which I listed at €290.00
It was bought today but the buyer paid €275.50
Could you tell me where this difference in payment might come from?

According to your successful sales, your buyer has indeed paid €290.
Where exactly in your account do you see the amount of €275.50?

I see this amount in the transaction details.

when you’re in your orders to be shipped, what amount is shown in the “Total” column?
I think you’re looking at a place where commissions are deducted from the total paid by the buyer.

OP1 year agoI can confirm that my item was for sale at €290.00
It was sold for €275.50
The calculation of eBay fees was indeed calculated on a basis of €275.50
I haven't sent any direct offer recently, and unless I'm mistaken they are only valid for 48 hours.
I was thinking of a setting in my listing, but I don't see which one?
(is it possible to attach screenshots to my messages?)

in that case, please take it up directly with eBay customer service.
They’re the only ones who have access to your account and can explain why your item was sold at that price.
