The product hasn't been shipped and the money has been taken out of my account
Hello,
I would like to know how I can get a refund when the seller never shipped the item
Ebay closed the case without refunding me, and I can't get in touch with them because I can't find a link for claims.

By activating the link, here is the response:
"The decision cannot be appealed, because your dispute expired before you asked us to intervene."
As for me, I followed up with the seller several times
It is easy to see for EBAY that it is only shipped. .

If your seller is a French professional seller... you have their contact details on their profile...
You send them a registered letter with return receipt asking them to refund the unshipped product within a time frame that you set, otherwise you will take legal action...
If your seller is foreign or a seller with a "private" account... forget it, because you have no way to get your money back...
When you have an issue with an order, you always have to respect the deadlines that are set in order to get help and avoid finding yourself "high and dry"... without being able to react.
