Does customer service never respond?
Hello, for 10 days I've had a problem. I've sent 8 emails and requested 3 phone calls, but no one has ever called me or replied by email. Is this normal? Basically, it’s just a way of saying they have customer service, but they never reply. 99% of messages are ignored.

Mentor2 years agoKnowing that you only have 30 days to report a not received item or an item that doesn’t match, I’d advise you to be a bit more explicit....

OP2 years agoin all the help categories there is only ( phone call) and no one ever calls back, there isn’t even an email or chat option with an advisor...

NO details about the problem you’re having = NO possible help on this user forum.
As long as you don’t explain WHY you want to contact the site, we won’t be able to do ANYTHING for you here...

OP2 years agoI have a problem with a seller. The seller never responds to my messages, so I asked eBay to help me, but apparently they never respond either. After taking a look at Trustpilot, I understand better.
