Hello "The specified carrier is not valid or cannot be used for this return" no matter which return method I choose, so I can't mark it as returned (colissimo / other). Also, I had bought a return label on eBay, but the seller PNY gave me a different address for the return, and I had to pay the return shipping fees again with colissimo at the post office - not very well sorted out, I think. Seller contacted and I sent a photo proof of return + tracking number. Thanks in advance, Regards,
