Hello, I just bought an item and the seller is telling me he can't send the item even though he relisted the same item with a difference of 10 euros more. Is he allowed to do that? What options do I have to be able to get my product?
If it’s a product with a "fixed" price.. that’s called a refusal to sell, and if you’ve paid, you can wait until the expected delivery date has passed to use what’s in this link------>

if it’s a product at "auction".. they can actually refuse the sale if the amount doesn’t suit them.
